National Pancake Day!

That's today.  And I LOVE pancakes (along with a few others in my family).  We won't be joining the many at iHop but will be eating at home tonight.  Yay.....some coffee, OJ, pancakes, eggs and hopefully some fresh bacon (If Ronnie makes the stop, ha).

But I do have something even better to share.  Yesterday was Dr. Seuss day and who was the absolutely cutest, most adorable Cat in the Hat?!
